Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr filed a trade secret lawsuit Tuesday in Florida Middle District Court on behalf of Restorative Care of America Inc., an orthopedic and rehabilitative orthoses manufacturer. The suit pursues claims against Restorative Care’s former executive vice president, Dean Josloff, for the alleged breach of confidential and proprietary information and the misappropriation of approximately $146,300 in unauthorized commissions and bonuses. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 8:22-cv-01404, Restorative Care of America, Inc. v. Josloff.
