After landing a $40 million verdict in Fort Lauderdale for a business dispute over control of a company that makes food product wrappings, two product liability veterans are pursuing a wrongful death lawsuit against against Ford Motor Co. and supplier Nexteer Automotive Corp.
They are Alpharetta-based plaintiff lawyer Bob Cheeley of Cheeley Law Group, and Cale Conley, a founding partner at Conley Griggs Partin. Their suit alleges a steering system defect.
