The Securities & Exchange Commission sued FTE Networks president Anthony Sirotka Thursday in Florida Middle District Court for allegedly conspiring with other executives to inflate the company’s revenue artificially. The complaint contends that Sirotka forged signatures and documents in order to misrepresent $12.5 million in revenue from fictitious construction contracts. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:22-cv-00348, Securities & Exchange Commission v. Sirotka.
