A jury rejected a woman who claimed that she injured her back in a fall in the vestibule of a Titusville Walmart store.
On Dec. 1, 2012, plaintiff Holly Kierstead, 44, a teacher, fell while she was traversing the vestibule of a superstore that was located at 3175 Cheney Highway, in Titusville. She claimed that she suffered injuries of her back, an elbow and a knee.
