Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick filed a trademark infringement lawsuit Tuesday in Florida Middle District Court on behalf of hair and skincare products seller Stem Cycled. The suit contends that third party Permax, a former reseller of Stem products, has commissioned defendants AQ Skin Solutions and Ahmed Alqahtani to manufacture counterfeit Stem products for resale in the United Arab Emirates. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 8:22-cv-00964, Stem Cycled LLC v. AQ Skin Solutions, Inc. et al.
