Attorneys for the parents of a 14-year-old who was ejected from an amusement park ride and then fell several hundred feet to a concrete floor filed a wrongful death lawsuit Monday in the Orange County Circuit Court.

Michael A. Haggard, the managing partner of the Haggard Law Firm in Coral Gables, Florida, is among the attorneys who represent the estate of Tyre Sampson. And they accused more than 10 defendants of sharing responsibility for Sampson’s death from the Free Fall amusement park ride at Icon Park in Orlando, Florida.
