Advanced digital technology continues to shape South Florida’s real estate market, as one 44-story luxury tower has announced it’s giving every condo owner a free NFT.
Lofty Brickell is expected to break ground in Q4 of this year, and will be the first South Florida condo to commission and display an NFT collection throughout the building. And each time a buyer closes, the artwork will be added to the owner’s digital wallet.
