Hyatt Hotels, the Chicago-based hospitality company, was slapped with a lawsuit Monday in Florida Southern District Court. The court case, brought by Lipcon Margulies & Winkleman on behalf of an anonymous plaintiff, accuses the defendant of negligence arising from the sexual assault of a minor staying at the defendant’s hotel. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:22-cv-20923, Doe (V.H.) v. Hyatt Hotels Corporation et al.
