Miami Beach’s Lincoln Road District is seeing a huge recovery from the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, as foot traffic has increased leasing activity in the eight-block area.
With over 7.8 million visits from tourists and locals, Lincoln Road has surpassed other popular locations, such as Brickell City Centre, the Wynwood Arts District and the Miami Design District, data from Placer.ai revealed.
