A Pinellas County judge erroneously found that she did not have personal jurisdiction over a Georgia man and claimed there was no merit supporting a protection against stalking petition after he allegedly encouraged his YouTube followers to threaten and harass a Florida woman, a state appellate court said this week.

Rashida Strober, a writer and activist, appeared for an interview on Thomas Harris’s YouTube channel, which ended up being contentious.
