Software company Citrix Systems and certain current and former officers were hit with a securities class action Friday in Florida Southern District Court. The suit alleges that Citrix, which provides remote network access to users, misled investors about the challenges of transitioning a COVID-19 boost in business into long term subscription contracts. Bernstein Litowitz Berger & Grossman and Klausner, Kaufman, Jensen & Levinson brought the case on behalf of Hollywood Police Officers Retirement System. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 0:21-cv-62380, Hollywood Police Officers Retirement System v. Citrix Systems, Inc. et al.
