The real estate sector is “hot, hot, hot,” thanks to domestic migration. That’s according to Beth Azor of Azor Advisory Services, a real estate management firm in Weston.
Retail submarkets that have done well recently are Aventura, Doral, East Florida, Davie, West Boca and the Pinecrest/Dadeland area, according to Azor. She owns six shopping centers, and said 89% percent of her tenant’s sales are up higher than before the pandemic.
