Raymond James Financial Inc. has agreed to acquire TriState Capital Holdings for approximately $1.1 billion. The transaction, announced Oct. 20, is expected to close in 2022. St. Petersburg, Florida-based Raymond James was advised by a Sullivan & Cromwell team led by New York partners Mitchell S. Eitel and Stephen M. Salley. TriState, which is based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, was represented by Mayer Brown.
