Construction has begun on a $100 million lifestyle-driven residential community in Miami’s Allapattah neighborhood, which is becoming a sought-after area for developers and investors.
Miami residential and commercial real estate firm Neology Life Development Group has started to build The Julia, a 14-story residential tower at 1625 NW 20th St. The development is named after real estate pioneer and “Mother of Miami” Julia Tuttle, and will house 323 apartments with the goal of offering attainable luxury to Miami’s growing urban population.
