Lawyers at Akerman on Monday removed an employment lawsuit against Teleperformance to Florida Northern District Court. The complaint was filed by Marie A. Mattox PA on behalf of a former customer service representative. The case is 4:21-cv-00404, Butler v. Teleperformance.
