Chico’s FAS Inc. has hired a former in-house leader for Ascena Retail Group and Boehringer Ingelheim as the fashion company’s general counsel, corporate secretary, chief compliance officer and senior vice president.
Wendy Hufford announced over the weekend that she’d “just started” her multifaceted legal boss role at the Fort Myers, Florida-based retailer, which also recently named a new chief financial officer. Chico’s brands include White House Black Market and Soma.
