GrayRobinson on Wednesday removed an insurance lawsuit against Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida Inc., Ceda Orthopedics & Interventional Medicine of South Miami and other defendants to Florida Southern District Court. The suit was filed by the Law Offices of Robert Dixon on behalf of Harves Johnson. The case is 1:21-cv-23338, Johnson v. Ceda Orthopedics & Interventional Medicine of South Miami LLC et al.
