Kirkland & Ellis and Hill Ward Henderson filed a patent infringement lawsuit Friday in Florida Middle District Court on behalf of France’s Saint-Gobain Crystals, a supplier of high-performance crystalline materials. The suit accuses Crystal Photonics Inc. of infringing patented methods for the manufacture of crystals for use in medical scanners. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 6:21-cv-01465, Saint-Gobain Ceramics & Plastics, Inc. et al v. Crystal Photonics, Inc.
