This spring, Linda March arrived in South Florida in search of relief. She didn’t quite find it, but that didn’t stop her from making a broad array of people in New York and Florida feel like they were her best friend.
March, 58, was among the last people found in the June 24 collapse of Champlain Towers South in Surfside, which killed 98 people.
