The union of Holland & Knight and Thompson & Knight became official Sunday, when the firms finalized their merger after months of negotiations. It’s a development that Holland & Knight managing partner Steven Sonberg said will allow the firm to be more competitive, especially in the Texas market.
“We want to keep growing in Texas,” Sonberg said. “We aren’t done.”
