Berger Singerman and Coblentz Patch Duffy & Bass filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit Tuesday in Florida Southern District Court on behalf of Pegasus Aviation IV Inc. The suit contends that Aerotech Ops failed to properly inspect a Rolls Royce aircraft engine. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:21-cv-22710, Pegasus Aviation IV, Inc. v. Aerotech Ops, LLC.
