Former President Donald Trump announced Wednesday he will lead proposed class action lawsuits against Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and Google CEO Sundar Pichai, accusing the Big Tech companies of censorship after he was suspended from the platforms over repeated false claims he won the 2020 presidential election.

The lawsuits, filed in the Southern District of Florida, allege that Facebook, Twitter and YouTube are “state actors” and are “constrained by the First Amendment right to free speech in the censorship decisions it makes” for the platforms.
