Carnival, the international cruise line headquartered in Florida, was sued Tuesday in Florida Southern District Court. The court action was filed by Notari Law on behalf of an HIV-positive employee who claims he has been denied medical benefits. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:21-cv-22301, Doe v. Carnival Corporation d/b/a Carnival Cruise Line.
