A jury rejected a woman who suffered a spinal fracture while shopping at a Target store in Naples.

On Nov. 18, 2018, plaintiff Benigna Boyle, 77, shopped with her daughter-in-law at a superstore at 2415 Tarpon Bay Blvd. in Naples. While Boyle was examining merchandise, she was struck by a box that had fallen off of a nearby cart, which was being utilized by one or more shelf-stocking employees. Boyle fell, and she claimed that she suffered injuries of her back.
