Attorneys from two AM Law 200 firms are preparing to file a motion seeking an award of attorney fees in the seven figures after recently prevailing for their client in West Palm Beach federal court by having the court order specific performance and award incidental damages.

The attorneys, James Grippando and Carlos M. Sires of Boies Schiller Flexner in Miami and William A. Isaacson of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison in Washington, D.C., represented Global Digital Solutions Inc. against Grupo Rontan Electro Metalurgica S.A., plus two of its shareholders, Joao and Jose Bolzan.
