It’s never easy waking up at 5:45 a.m. for a bike ride, but attorney Heath Eskalyo found it got a whole lot easier with a video from professional Australian triathlete Aaron Royle, who had a motivational quote for him: ”Be a stone cutter.”
That video stemmed from a new app Eskalyo has co-created, aimed at motivating and inspiring athletes.
