Claims that professional baseball player Alex “A-Rod” Rodriguez cheated on his ex-wife surfaced in a real estate lawsuit by his former brother-in-law — who, among other things, cited a news story about Rodriguez entering a hotel room with a stripper — but they won’t be aired out during the litigation.
Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Michael Hanzman ordered the suit refiled with all references to extramarital affairs scrubbed, finding they are not only irrelevant and solely meant to embarrass Rodriguez, but that the case won’t sink to becoming a daytime TV show about domestic disputes.
