A New York-based private equity investor and real estate group has invested in Miami’s office market, buying a nine-story tower near Miami International Airport for $14.5 million.
Northeast Capital Group, through affiliate NECG 5040 BH LLC, bought a nine-story tower just south of the airport from Connecticut-based real estate investor Netz Capital Management, which used affiliate NETZ 50Forty LLC to own and sell the property.
