The mixed-use project considered to have jump-started the Miami River District revival just signed a homegrown and made-to-order restaurant, speaking to returning confidence in retail after the market entered shaky ground at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.

River Landing Shops & Residences, which is on the north side of the river and visible from the eastbound Dolphin Expressway, signed Lime Fresh Mexican Grill to a 2,492-square-foot space. The Miami-based eatery is to open in the third quarter.
