A unit owner at a high-end South Beach condominium says rainfall seeps into his home because of a hole an association-hired consultant made in his roof, but both the association and its consultant say they aren’t responsible.
Carlos Dobal says in his lawsuit the 30-unit Villas at South Beach at 635 Euclid Ave. has had roof problems since at least 2011, but things got substantially worse for him when Pistorino & Alam Consulting Engineers Inc. was sent to inspect a leak at his home in December 2019.
