A Delray Beach attorney had a history of not answering official inquiries from The Florida Bar—so much so it was the main reason for her first suspension in March 2018.

And after private practice attorney Sabrina Starr Spradley was suspended for the third time in February, she failed to respond to at least two official inquiries from the Bar, which were returned to sender, according to court records.
