After three periods in federal and state court, a U.S. district court judge who sits in the Southern District of Florida has called the match against a Tim Hortons franchisee association’s claims of unfair trade practices.

Michael Joblove and Aaron Seth Blynn, partners at Genovese Joblove & Battista in Fort Lauderdale, represented Tim Hortons against the Great White North Franchisee Association USA Inc.
