Three Fort Lauderdale attorneys have landed in trouble with the state Supreme Court since Aug. 21, according to information released Wednesday. For them, the court doled out two suspensions and a disciplinary revocation.
Fort Lauderdale attorney James M. Potts Sr. was suspended until further notice after he failed to answer bar inquiries and an order to show cause from the Florida Supreme Court.
