A South Florida trusts and estates lawyer is in hot water with the Florida Bar, which filed an emergency petition Thursday asking the state Supreme Court to suspend her until further notice.
The bar’s complaint accuses Jupiter attorney Megan Kifer of misappropriating at least $8,000 in client funds, and says she appears to be causing great public harm.
