McDermott Will & Emery is launching a Latin America practice co-chaired by tax partners in Miiami and Dallas, adopting a tactic being pursued by other big U.S. law firms basing their teams outside of the region.
Miami tax partner Michael Silva and Dallas tax partner Manuel Rajunov will coordinate an interdisciplinary team of 64 lawyers to assist multinational clients in the region.
