Graduating from law school during the COVID-19 pandemic was never going to be ideal, but it did become a tad less disastrous Monday, when the Florida Supreme Court announced it will allow some bar applicants to temporarily practice law while it reconciles delays and problems with the bar exam.

The high court order directs the Florida Board of Bar Examiners to create the work program by Aug. 31, to run until 30 days beyond the next wave of bar exams in February 2021.
