An embattled “Instagram guru,” named so for his work increasing others’ presence and prominence on the photo-sharing app, has sued an affiliate of Brickell City Centre’s food hall and its executive for alleged nonpayment for running their Instagrams.

Lion Adv Inc., owned and presided over by Mirko Scarcella, sued Roberto Costa, who last December opened Luna Park in place of Brickell City Centre’s La Centrale food hall. The Miami-Dade Circuit Court complaint named defendants BCC Food Hall LLC, alleging it’s the limited liability company for Luna Park, and Sunset Enterprises Ltd., a London-based firm that allegedly contracted Lion.
