A lawsuit by a timeshare company against an agency offering to get people out of their timeshare contracts is headed to trial with a deceptive trade practice claim intact.

Orlando-based timeshare developer and owner Westgate Resorts, which also issues financing to timeshare buyers, sued Bellevue, Washington-based Reed Hein & Associates, which operates Timeshare Exit Team, president and founder Brandon Reed and principals Trevor Hein and Thomas Parenteau.
