Renowned Texas attorney and author Mark Lanier might be spending more time in South Florida after buying a waterfront Boca Raton mansion for $11.45 million.
Lanier, his wife, Becky Smith, and brother-in-law Kevin Roberts, a one-term member of the Texas House, bought the home Oct. 1 from G. Robert Sheetz, a member of the Sheetz family behind the Sheetz Inc. convenience store chain.
