The boutique Odyssey of South Beach Hotel traded for $7.3 million with the help of a Marcus & Millichap team.
Chilean investment company Casa Hotels Group bought the hotel through an affiliate from The Odyssey of South Beach LLC, an affiliate of G.S.E.M. Management Inc. led by Ronnie Menashe on June 28. The 27-room Odyssey traded for $270,370 per room.
