Now the former securities litigator focuses full time on cannabis law, advising clients on employment issues, licensing, banking, real estate and staying ahead of legal changes in a fast-moving sector.
In this week’s 20-minute podcast, Horn talks to Law.com reporter Cheryl Miller, author of the cannabis law newsletter Higher Law. Horn explains about what it’s like to work with clients in a controversial industry and shares the advice he gives colleagues who are eyeing the cannabis space. The Philadelphia-based lawyer also offers his prediction for whether New York, New Jersey or Pennsylvania will be first to legalize adult-use marijuana.
