The city of Miami has a week to respond to a lawsuit alleging it didn’t follow its own laws when considering a referendum on David Beckham’s proposed soccer stadium.
But Miami no longer is the only one fighting the claim in court with Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Reemberto Diaz allowing the Major League Soccer development team to intervene as a defendant.
