Kaplan University parent Kaplan Inc., which provides test preparation and other classes and training, will keep its headquarters in Fort Lauderdale after renewing its lease for the 193,000-square-foot office complex where it’s been housed since 2004. Terms of the renewal were not disclosed.
Kaplan’s corporate, management, administrative and support offices are in two Class A buildings at 1515 and 1525 Cypress Creek Road in the Cypress Creek Concourse, a 45-acre office park.
