Constance Shields , previously special counsel at Withers Bergman as a partner in the firm’s New Haven office. Shields focuses on trusts and estates as well as business succession matters for wealthy individuals and their families. Shields served as special counsel at Withers Bergman before her promotion to partner.
Christie Jean has been elected to The Artists Collective’s board of directors. The Artists Collective is a multi-arts and cultural organization serving more than 1,200 students per year. Jean is a member of Robinson & Cole’s public finance group where she represents state, municipal and Indian Tribal governments in the issuance of tax-exempt and taxable bonds and other debt obligations. She is an associate at Robinson & Cole.
