Tanya Bovée has always kept a busy schedule. Not only does she have an employment law practice at a national law firm, but she’s been a leader in one of the state’s most active minority bar groups and has served on the Connecticut Bar Association’s Diversity Committee. Further, she has devoted countless hours to mentoring younger attorneys and has been honored for those efforts.

Now Bovée is taking on much more responsibility. She has been named the new managing shareholder in the Hartford office of Jackson Lewis, a national firm whose 800 attorneys represent management in employment matters. The Hartford office has 23 attorneys. Jackson Lewis also has nine attorneys in Stamford.
