When Anthony Cicchetti talks about his law office moving from Simsbury to Hartford, he gets excited.
“Right now, looking out the window, I’m looking at the Old State House,” Cicchetti, who is managing shareholder of Carlton Fields Jorden Burt’s Connecticut office, said in telephone interview. The national firm, with offices in Atlanta, Miami, New York and Washington, D.C., made the move from a fourth-floor office building in leafy Simsbury to the gleaming 15th floor of One State Street.
