Pullman & Comley has added attorneys Kate Boucher and Tyler Hokanson to the firm’s real estate, energy, environmental and land use practice.

Boucher, who joins the firm as a member, focuses on the areas of energy and telecommunications. Prior to joining Pullman & Comley, she served as regulatory counsel at ISO New England, the nonprofit corporation that runs the New England electric grid, where she worked primarily on wholesale market issues. She also has experience as an associate in the Hartford office of Locke Lord and a staff attorney at the Connecticut Public Utilities Regulatory Authority.
