Defense counsel has entered an appearance in the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut for a Connecticut-based company accused by a German audio equipment maker of copying its designs of professional microphones.

Misty Percifield of Wilson Elser entered an appearance Tuesday on behalf of Telefunken USA, aka TEA, a South Windsor-based company sued in December by plaintiff company Georg Neumann GmbH. The German company is represented by two firms, Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner and Spears Manning & Martini.
