The far-right conspiracy theorist and talk show host Alex Jones has failed in his appeal of a Connecticut trial court’s decision to grant a motion for contempt after violating its orders to attend a deposition.

The Appellate Court was not persuaded by his argument that his due process rights were violated. The decision was handed down late Dec. 15.
