Merritt Healthcare Advisors was hit with a data breach class action on Wednesday in Connecticut District Court. The suit was brought by Scott + Scott, Lynch Carpenter and the Laukaitis Law Firm on behalf of patients whose personal health and other identifying information was allegedly compromised in a cyberattack between July and August, 2022.
Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 3:23-cv-00389, Guerrero v. Merritt Healthcare Holdings LLC.
